About LMG Creative Solutions, LLC

Bobby and Theressa Lindsey created LMG Creative Solutions LLC to assist others in attaining their goals. In March 2024, after a 40-year career, Bobby took the opportunity to retire from a contractor-oriented, multi-location, independent retail building materials supplier as VP of Operations. His remarkable long career started in the engineered truss & EWP division with designing and assembling trusses along with creating EWP layouts. After a brief time, he was promoted to salesman, store manager, and eventually to Vice President. His mindfulness for details, product knowledge, and full customer service earned him long-term and loyal customers. He stated numerous times how God has blessed him to have a career in an industry that paralleled his internal passion. He loved his work and enjoyed assisting others throughout their building projects.

On a personal note, Bobby was destined to have a career within the building industry. He was born into a large contractor family with eight uncles specializing in different jobsite trades. He didn’t choose his career industry; it chose him. As a young man, when not working alongside his uncles on the jobsites during the summer & weekends, he would be in his dad’s wood shop working on small projects. He has a unique gift that cannot be taught but rather comes from DNA and is strengthened by being exposed to and involved with years of jobsite, sales, and management experience. Throughout his career, he continued to participate in family, friends, and church building projects by strapping on his toolbelt and volunteering for whatever role required. He genuinely enjoys being involved somehow in a building project!

LMG Creative Solutions LLC was created because Bobby has a lifetime of experience, knowledge, understanding, and wisdom from the customer, supplier, and installer sides of the industry that he wants to implement within your project. He has a continuing desire to assist others to reach their goals concerning building or company growth.
